Why choose a Titan Business Centre and just what is a serviced office?
Here are some of our frequently asked questions?

What about my utility costs?
Here at Titan Business we offer a fully serviced business solution. Our offices are paid for by one simple monthly fee which includes water, gas and electricity so you don’t have to worry about a utility bill again.

Do I have to arrange my own telephone?
No, at Titan we operate a state of the art digital telephone system and provide you with your own handset and telephone number. We can also help you transfer existing business numbers you may already have.

What about broadband?
We offer two broadband solutions, a shared high speed business broadband connection of a dedicated office broadband line.

How soon can I move into an office?
Most of our offices are ready to occupy and you can be up and running within 48 hours.

Will I have to pay expensive fees?
No we operate using a simple licence agreement drawn up with the Business Centre Association therefore there are no expensive legal or estate agents fees.

Where are you located?
We have two great town centre locations, Cleckheaton just a mile away from Junction 26 of the M62 and Birstall just two miles from Junction 27 of the M62 just down from the Ikea.

Is there any car parking?
There is free all day parking available adjacent to both centres.

Do I have to sign a long lease?
No the minimum we ask is that you sign for 3 months.

Is there any business support available?
We provide a full reception service free of charge which includes calls answered in your business name and message taking.

Do I have to provide furniture?
No all the offices come fully furnished to a high standard.

I am in business by myself, am I too small for an office?
No we have over 50 offices to choose from suitable for one person up to 20.

I am a lone worker and often work very late are the offices safe?
Yes we have CCTV and mobile security patrols on an evening, the buildings are also fully alarmed.

What time are the offices open?
Clients have 24/7 access and the reception is manned between 845 – 515 Monday to Friday. Is there anywhere I can store stock or equipment? Yes we have on site storage units available to clients only.

Would I meet other businesses using the centre?
Yes we have a wide range of clients and hold regular networking events to bring businesses together.

Do you have somewhere where I can bring visitors for meetings?
Yes we have 5 separate meeting rooms over the two sites including a very impressive board room with audio visual facilities.

I’m not quite ready for an office yet but would like to present a more professional image?
We offer ‘Virtual Office’ services a telephone answering service and a business address and mailbox plus use of our meeting rooms.

How much will an office at Titan cost?
We have over 50 offices ranging in price and size with offices starting from as little as £89 a month plus telecoms.
